📦 Returns & Refund Policy (MAG Store)

At MAG Store, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from regular retail.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

📌 To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)
    • Image of the packaging

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The wrong size was ordered by you
  • Change of mind / didn’t like the product
  • Slight colour variation (due to digital printing)
  • Minor size difference (±0.5 inch tolerance)

🔄 Exchanges (Size Issues)

If you ordered the wrong size:

  • We can help you with an exchange
  • However, shipping and reprinting costs will be borne by you

📌 We recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.

🚚 Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

Orders may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • COD not accepted
  • Delivery refusal

👉 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply
  • No refund will be issued

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is lost in transit
  • Verified defective/damaged product (if replacement is not possible)

📌 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

🎨 Print & Color Disclaimer

Our products are printed using high-quality digital printing techniques.

  • Slight colour variations may occur compared to the design preview
  • This is normal and not considered a defect

📌 Important Notes

  • All products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand)
  • Returns are handled case-by-case after verification
  • Requests without proper proof may not be approved
